Cancellation & Refund Policy for Courses


Upon acceptance of enrolment for any course all students are immediately given access to the Academy’s curriculum via a password to access the online student training and resource centre portal.  Under our course terms and conditions this means that you have begun your training from the date of enrolment acceptance. Once the link to the curriculum has been sent via email, the course has been considered as started and so THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, as this represents a Change of Mind which is not a valid cancellation reason under consumer law.

If any course in any state is postponed, for any reason, the course will move forward to the next available date. If due to unforeseen circumstances course dates, a minimum of seven days notice will be given by the Academy via email to the registered student. No refund of course fees will be made unless the course is absolutely cancelled permanently. Cancellation does not mean a change of course dates.

The Academy will also not be liable for or pay any reimbursement for any travel expenses or accommodation. We recommend that if you are traveling to the course venue from interstate to book refundable or changeable tickets and accommodation. If a registered student cannot make it to the course date booked or needs to cancel for any reason then that student will be required to pay $250.00 as a deferment fee to book their place on the next available course. 

By registering and/or paying a deposit or a full payment for any course, the student acknowledges an understanding and an agreement of and to all the course registration conditions.
